We partnered with CrowdSync Technology to design a connected LED wristband for concerts, festivals, and corporate events. Through industrial design and product development, we refined the brand's design language while creating a wearable that balances comfort, functionality and manufacturability.
DESIGN APPROACH
The design evolved through iterative sketching, prototyping and ergonomic refinement. Every iteration balanced comfort, durability and manufacturability while establishing a clean design language suited to modern live events and wearable technology.
The enclosure architecture was engineered to integrate the silicone band seamlessly with the housing while optimising internal component packaging, structural integrity and efficient assembly for scalable manufacturing.
Designed for both functionality and user experience, the wristband supports synchronised LED lighting and NFC interactions, creating a versatile wearable platform for concerts, festivals, sporting events, and corporate experiences.
A second wristband configuration was developed with integrated loops on the underside to support a fabric strap. The design maintains a consistent product language while offering greater flexibility across different wearable applications.
